Creative Campaigns
When approaching a campaign, I always consider current industry trends and carefully select color palettes that best represent the project’s identity. My creative process begins with building a moodboard filled with inspiration, allowing recurring themes to naturally emerge. Depending on the scale of the campaign, I either collaborate with a team or work independently to develop the strapline and establish the overarching tone of voice.
Max Speilmann Father’s Day Campaign.
To kick off the campaign, I brought together key stakeholders to reflect on the previous year’s creative discussing what worked, what didn’t, and identifying opportunities for improvement. From this collaborative session, we gathered a range of ideas which I then refined and brought together into a cohesive creative direction that aligned with our strategic campaign line: "Make memories with Dad." This line was not only a thoughtful nod to the personalised products we offer but also carried strong SEO potential, making it both emotionally resonant and performance driven.
Although this was a standalone campaign rather than a typical BAU project, I was intentional about ensuring the design felt consistent with the brand. I selected a complementary secondary colour that worked seamlessly with Max Blue, while also evoking a warm, seasonal tone appropriate for Father’s Day.

The concept for this campaign was “Fairytale Love.” After researching seasonal trends, the whimsical aesthetic was appearing everywhere from fashion to home and beauty which instantly inspired a dreamy, “happily ever after” vibe that felt perfect for Valentine’s Day. I was excited to bring this vision to life and create something truly magical.
Much of the creative direction was influenced by bath and beauty product styling soft textures, delicate colour palettes, and a romantic, ethereal mood. Every detail was carefully considered, right down to the hundreds of floating bubbles we had to “blow” for each shot to capture that enchanting, fairytale-like atmosphere. The end result was a campaign that felt both imaginative and emotionally resonant, perfectly suited to the occasion.
